Bird Watching Tour

We arrange the Bird watching tour to Sundarban for 1 night / 2 days , 2 nights / 3 days and 3 nights / 4 days to cover most of the popular sighting places of birds available in Sundarban including the migrated birds during the winter season. Please note that for Bird watching we suggest a group of 4 to 6 heads are ideal , if you plan to visit specially for Bird watching tour with a group of 10 heads or more , you may miss the opportunity not only watching Bird ,other animals too.
1 night & 2 days Bird watching tour
Day 01:- Kolkata to Gadhkhali
0800 hrs:- departure from science city opposite ITC sonar Bangla Kolkata to Gadhkhali 90 kms. / 3 hrs. Journey by road (depends on traffic condition).
1100 hrs;- Arrived at Gadhkhali, where the memorable road ends and Cruises starts to visit Mangrove forest.
1130 hrs:- Once we reach there our local representative meet & greet you with welcome drinks on board. Our non ac tourist boat is furnished with bunk bed in lower deck with attached toilet & kitchen to prepare fresh & hygienic food for our guests. Upper deck is for observing wild life with seating & dining arrangement. Once we cross the Bidya River we will reach Gosaba Bazar to the opposite side of Gadhkhali jetty. on the way we usually pay a visit to the Gosba Island,Heritage Bunglow of Sir Daniel Mackinnon Hamilton’s who also known as FATHER OF SUNDARBAN FOUNDER OF ASIA’S 1ST CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY. (If time permits) Then we will start cruising through the rivers Gomor, Durga- duwani & enjoy the village life of the Sundarban forest.
1330 hrs.:- Arrived at Sajnekhali Watch Tower, the controlling office of Forest Department, obtain necessary permission to visit the Mangrove Interpretation Centre, a Bono Bibi Temple as well as a Crocodile Park in the Sajnekhali watchtower complex. Have lunch while cruising on boat.
1400 hrs:- Leave for Island tour covering Sharakhali 1 , enjoy the sundown cruise

2030hrs:– Dinner will be served at Hotel/Resort/Lodge where your accommodation is already booked. Or you may enjoy the dinner cruise also if you wish to do so with us.
Day 02:- Sundarban to Kolkata
0600hrs:- Wake-up Call with bed tea.
0700 hrs :- We will start our thrilling boat Safari through various rivers , Islands & small Creeks covering Pirkhali - You may get a chance to see Dolphin also while crossing this area , SarakKhali, Sundarkhali , Gazikhali, Chora Gazi Khali, Deul Varani, Banbib Varani. For bird watching and wild life sitting. lunch will be served on boat while cruising .
1600 hrs.:- Arrived at Godhkhali, disembark from our boat with sweet memories of Sundarban Mangrove forest .
1630 hrs.:- board your car/coach and Leave for Kolkata.
2000 hrs.:- Arrived at Kolkata. End of tour.
2 nights and 3 days Bird watching & village tour

1330 hrs:- Post lunch arrived at Bali Island , spend the day for bird watching roam around the village.
1630hrs.:- leave from Bali Island to Pakhiralay/Dayapur for overnight stay.
1830hrs:-Arrived at Pakhiralay check-in at Resort/Hotel/Lodge as per pre- reserved for you. Eve snacks with Tea will be served during cruise.
2030hrs:- Have Dinner .
Day02: Pakhiralay/ Dayapur to Dobanki & back
0600hrs:-Wake-up Call with bed tea,
0630hrs.:- Visit Rangabeliya village, Pakhir Chor , Satgila village side, Dayapur village side, enjoy the village walk. visit Sajnekhali watch tower, visit the museum & Crocodile park at Sajnekhali forest, Breakfast will be served on boat while cruising.
1130hrs.:- Return back to Hotel fresh up.
1300hrs:- Have lunch on boat then we will start our thrilling boat Safari through various rivers,Islands & small Creeks covering Sharakhali 1 & 2 Pirkhali range , and at last visit Sudhnyakhali watch tower.
1600hrs:- Arrived at Sudhanya Khali watch tower in the late evening spent an hour or so then leave for Pakhiralay/ Dayapur village .
1630hrs:- leave for Pakhiralay/ Dayapur , recheck in for overnight stay.
1800hrs:- Arrival at hotel, fresh up and free to relax.
1830hrs:- we will serve Evening Tea and Snacks
2030hrs:- Have Dinner
Day03:- Pakhiralay/ Dayapur to Kolkata
0600 hrs.:-Wakeup call with bed tea
0700 hrs.:- Leave for Dobanki , we will cross various narrow creeks and rive of Mangrove forest for Birdwatching Gazikhali Khal(Cannel) , Chora Gazikhali, Sundarkhali , Nobanki , Khonakhali . Breakfast will be served on boat
1000 hrs.:-Arrived at Dobanki W.T
DoBanki:This watchtower is renowned for long canopy walk, which is 20 feet high from ground. It resembles a flyover with a 12 ft high side fencing of grill and strong net in the form of a canopy to protect tourists from wildlife. This walkway offers a beautiful view of the Sundarbans Tiger Reserve forest.Here too, like the other camps, there is a sweet water pond.
1100 hrs:-leave from Do banki Watch tower.For Gadh khali,We will cross Panchamukhani - a confluence of five rivers – Icchamati, Durgaduyani, Gumor, Shukna. Again we will cross Bali Island then we will visit banabibi Varani the most attractive and beautiful narrow creeks of Sundarban Mangrove forest.
1530 hrs.:-Arrived at Godhkhali, disembark from our boat with sweet memories of Sundarban Mangrove forest.
1600 hrs.:- board your car/coach and Leave for Kolkata.
1930 hrs.:- Arrived at Kolkata. End of tour.
